To revolutionize the 2021-22 admission cycle, a Full-Stack Ecosystem was engineered using gamified conversational marketing. By replacing traditional forms with a branching-logic Landbot.io scholarship quiz, the campaign achieved high engagement with low bounce rates. Despite a 45-day technical marathon to secure WATI (WhatsApp Business API) approvals from Meta, the initiative successfully generated over 15,000 leads in 30 days. This hyper-efficient strategy maintained a cost-per-lead of approximately ₹2.6
